So I read Fitabled’s Post Naming this his favorite workout program for beginners so I went ahead and picked it up. I’m so excited the program looks great I’m starting week one of Torched in 20 tomorrow! A bunch of my friends have already started but they are already ahead of me : ( leave a comment if you are doing the program or just getting started. I want to follow you guys!

I just got started with it yesterday and finished my workout just now. I’m sweating so much! I just followed you guys. Lets do this!
I saw Fitabled’s post yesterday and was on the edge. But I think I’m going to do it. It’s gonna be hard with all the food temptations over the holidays but I don’t wanna wait until new years to get fit like everybody else. Gotta stop pushing it off and do something you know?
